October's Viscom Frankfurt trade show will feature a World of Inspiration area, showcasing examples of processes spanning digital signage to digital printing, and applications including POS and outdoor advertising.

Presentations and theme discussions will also be presented, as well as a 300sq m 'supermarket' designed as a real-life demonstration of attention-grabbing displays, shopfitting systems and fixtures. A café offering 'the novelties and trends' in retail design including lighting and digital signage will also form part of the World of Inspiration.

Elsewhere, visitors can see the 'Individual Design meets Materials' and 'Paper Heroes' materials exhibitions featuring 150 materials, patterns and examples of applications of floor, wall and ceiling graphics used for POS and branding, a Speakers Corner with the theme 'Visual communication in a connected world', and an area for the daily Lunch and Learn sessions.

Displays of entries to the Digital Signage Best Practice Award and the designmaker award will also be on show during Viscom Frankfurt, taking place in the German city from October 25th to 27th.
