The lamination process can now be fully automated on the Seal 62 Base with a new roll-to-roll kit option
FESPA Digital, taking place in Barcelona from February 21st to 24th, will include a display of the new functions offered by Seal laminators, the manufacturer has announced.
Seal 62 Base, Seal's basic laminator model, now features a trough to handle larger lamination materials more easily, and there are also new auto-grip take-up stations available to replace the standard rewind tubes to improve release-liner take-up. There is also the option of a roll-to-roll kit for the basic model, which is standard on other products on show at FESPA, the Seal 62 Pro and Seal 62 S.
An extra hand wheel has been added to the back of the Seal 62 Pro and Seal 62 S roller laminators, allowing adjustments to be made to the nip height and pressure while inspecting the output. In addition, the Seal 62 S now features a swing-out auto-grip take-up system.
The Seal 54 EL roller laminator will also be demonstrated at FESPA Digital.
