London-based wide-format supplier Perfect Colours has been appointed as a UK distribution partner for the JetMaster gallery wrap display system. The 'tough, lightweight' product is an inexpensive alternative to traditional canvas wraps, the company says.

Requiring no special assembly skills, the JetMaster system has a base of pre-cut, pre-laminated corrugated board over which users press and fold their trimmed prints. The system 'ensures that there are no bubbles within the image' and Perfect Colours says the finished product is light enough to hang from one tack. The displays ship flat and are available in sizes ranging from 5 x 5" (12.7 x 12.7cm) up to A3, with a low-cost RIP solution available to help users create triptychs and other more complex designs.

"With JetMaster, the days of outsourcing the stretching and fixing of canvases for gallery wraps are over," says Perfect Colours managing director Jason Burroughs. "Print shops can now offer their customers [a] genuine one-stop shop for finished product. The RIP software generates extra productivity and flexibility – JetMaster is a complete solution to low-cost canvas framing without any compromise on quality."
