The FESPA Planet Friendly Printing Zone will feature presentations from Laurel Brunner and other experts
FESPA Digital 2012 is to give conference attendees free, expert advice on integrating sustainable printing techniques into the fabric of how they run their businesses at a dedicated FESPA Planet Friendly Printing Zone every day of the show.
The Planet Friendly Printing Zone will centre on practical sustainability advice from customers, printers and consultants, including Output's own Laurel Brunner, FESPA Planet Friendly Printing Guide author Paul Machin, printing federation Febelgra secretary Dennis Geelen, sustainable printing consultant Clare Taylor and FESPA board member Michel Caza.
FESPA is inviting attendees to register for individual appointment sessions with these experts as well as with a number of others from sustainable printing and related organisations.
"Sustainability in printing is an issue that FESPA has championed within our community since 2004," notes FESPA managing director Neil Felton. "Our continued emphasis on Planet Friendly Printing further helps to reinforce the message that sustainability can support profitability, while our vendor-neutral approach means that our advice and content is free of commercial ties."
