The ArtSystems 'Raise Your Game' Award 2011 has been won by Resolution GB, an HP Designjet Elite Partner. ArtSystems states that the prize is in recognition of its customer-focused business plan and its commitment to client training, consultancy and service.

Resolution GB adds that it has established a customer feedback process in order to keep meeting expectations. The new award scheme was unveiled in April at ArtSystems's 'Raise Your Game' Business Forum. The organiser states that it is designed to honour resellers in the wide-format printing market that strive for continuous improvement in their business and customer support.

Reflecting on the win, Tony Bray, managing director, Resolution GB, explains: "We are constantly assessing and developing our business but ultimately we like to take the time to get to know our customers better. The relationships we have, in many cases, have been developed over a number of years.

"We don't charge for our advice – and customers come back time after time because we're direct and tell them how it is – without all the confusing technical jargon. This award means a lot because it tells us that many people now appreciate the hard work we do behind the scenes to help create the best solutions for Designjet users," he concludes.
