Canon scores big at Best awards

Canon's imagePrograf iPF6300S was among the machines honoured in the Best awards
Imaging solutions developer Canon has won six 2011 Best awards from industry body BERTL for products which deliver 'outstanding image quality, value and performance' in wide-format printing, document printing and software.
The Canon imagePrograf series won Best Wide Format Product Line of the Year while the imagePrograf 8300S won Canon the award for Best 44" Graphic Arts Large Format Printer.
The Canon imageRunner Advance C9070 Pro took home honours for Best Colour Light Production Device, the imageRunner series took the Best Office Multifunctional Line of the Year and the imageRunner Advance C2030i was honoured with the award for Best Segment 2 A3 Colour Multifunctional Printer. On the software side, Canon's uniFlow V5.0 was awarded the Best Device Management Solution.
"The 2011 BERTL Best Awards are testament to our focus on innovation, as well as our commitment to ensuring our customers are provided with the finest tools to enhance their output capabilities," says European and UK product marketing director for office imaging products, Paul Rowntree.
