Graphics company John E Wright used a Designjet Z6200 to produce photographic prints for the Brighton Photo Biennial
Exhibition and display graphics company John E Wright has completed a photographic project using its new HP Designjet Z6200 photo printer and associated media.
The company used the machine, plus HP Vivid Photo Inks and DreamColor Monitor and DreamColor Advanced Profiling Solution to produce prints for an exhibition at the Brighton Photo Biennial event.
"We were tasked with printing the work of renowned Dutch photographer, Wout Berger, one of those whose photographs were featured," explains Alan Edwards, technical director at John E Wright. "It was naturally critical to ensure the true reproduction of the photographs and we were especially mindful of the need to accurately maintain the vivid black and white tones."
John E Wright's managing director Tony Barnett says Designjet Z6200 units will also be installed at the company's other sites in England, where they will be used to produce items such as roll-ups and pop-ups, and other graphics.
