Self Reflection is Greater than Self Projection demonstrates the possibilities of digital print, says BAF Graphics
The latest exhibition by UK artist Insa included wallcoverings and floor graphics digitally printed and installed by London-based BAF Graphics.
A total of 160sq m of wall was covered in Digimura 2.1 Smooth donated by Papergraphics while a further 60sq m of Aslan floor vinyl with anti-slip laminate was printed with Insa's pop culture-influenced work for the Self Reflection is Greater than Self Projection one-night installation at an art space in London's Shoreditch.
"This was an exciting project for BAF and a wonderful opportunity to be part of Insa's latest exhibition, showcasing the endless creative opportunities for digitally printed graphics," comments Antony Baglioni, business development director at BAF Graphics. "It is refreshing to work with an artist who sees the merit of exhibiting his original work by printing it digitally."
The work, based on Insa's key themes such as society's preoccupations with money and image, was documented by BAF Graphics from beginning to end, it says.
