The team from Totally Dynamic worked through the night to complete the bus wraps celebrating Chelsea's Champions League and FA Cup trophies
Chelsea Football Club celebrated its twin victories in the FA Cup and Uefa Champions League on Sunday in two open-top buses wrapped for the occasion by vehicle graphics specialist Totally Dynamic.
Staff from the north and south London centres worked through the night to prepare the buses for the club's victory parade through London, which took place less than 24 hours after Chelsea's dramatic last-gasp victory against Bayern Munich.
"We had to start wrapping the buses before the game actually started on Saturday as it would have been impossible to have completed the project otherwise," explains Scott Coleman, owner of Totally Dynamic's north and south London branches. "We were all listening to the Champions League match live on the radio as we worked, and were absolutely dreading the penalty shoot-out at the end."
The wraps were completed at 5am on the day of the parade, says Coleman, and the team were 'glued to the TV' to watch their handiwork being shown off.
The Chelsea project rounded off a busy week for Totally Dynamic's London centres, which also delivered 14 wrapped vehicles for Samsung as part of the Olympic Torch Relay convoy.
