Pride's rainbow flag has been given a sparkle-effect makeover to promote Toronto as the host of World Pride 2014

Pride Toronto, the host of World Pride 2014, is promoting the event with three designs of taxi graphics in London, UK. Canadian advertising agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky appointed Transport Media to carry out the OOH campaign.

The vehicle wraps include a bright pink design with fur effect, a black studded leather effect, and the iconic rainbow flag – complete with a glittery appearance – all with the World Pride logo and 'Ride with Toronto Pride' slogan.

The four-week campaign will target London's LGBTQ communities in the Soho and Vauxhall areas, and also features tip-up seat advertising and branded receipt pads inside the cabs.

"I am extremely happy to work with Crispin Porter + Bogusky, promoting World Pride 2014 for Pride Toronto, one the world's largest Pride events," says John Kehoe, managing director at Transport Media.

"Outdoor advertising is a great tool for getting up close to a target audience group, and the high impact design and visibility of these taxis are sure to increase talkability and raise awareness of World Pride 2014."
