Icon's work for the Arab Games included graphics in the competition venues

Event branding company Icon has produced graphics, wayfinding and city dressing for the twelfth Arab Games, currently taking place in Qatar. It is the first time the state has hosted the sports event, and the first Arab Games featuring female athletes.

"Some of the biggest challenges that our team has been facing, especially at some of the more remote venues, are the strong winds and driving sand," says Luke Jarman, Icon's country manager for Qatar. "To overcome this we have used higher grade materials and carefully planned our install schedule to account for the unexpected."
