Hollywood Monster's graphics have been installed on elevated glazed areas around Westfield Stratford City
Birmingham-based large-format graphics company Hollywood Monster has commented on the 'enormous banners and huge street dressings' it has produced for the Westfield Stratford City shopping complex and surrounding area, located near the Olympic Village.
The output from the £1m project – including a 400m double-sided crowd separation banner, 'dozens' of lamp post dressings and flags, and around 4,000sq m of sustainable vinyl graphics – could be seen by an estimated 4bn television viewers.
"It's a huge coup for us to work on such a prestigious project with Westfield Stratford – it's part of the UK’s most ambitious regeneration project and of course it's one that we’re really excited to be involved in," says Hollywood Monster director Simon McKenzie.
"The calibre of contracts we're awarded from Westfield is very high – there's lots of scope for creativity and flair, something our team prides itself on. To see the full effect of the Stratford banners is just amazing – they're going to have a massive impact throughout the world's greatest sporting event."
