[L-R] Metamark's chairman Mark Bateson, new chief executive Paul French and director Mike Stuart anticipate further growth for the company
Sign-making materials brand Metamark has announced the appointment of Paul French as its new chief executive. From October, French will take on the responsibility of driving Metamark's commercial growth, which the company states is currently in a 'significant' phase.
French joins Metamark from Robert Horne, where he held the position of managing director. He has also made an impact in the UK sign and display market with previous roles at Spandex, Colourgen and ASG.
"I have known Paul for many years and I'm delighted that Metamark has secured his appointment to this new senior role," comments Metamark chairman Mark Bateson. "Metamark's story is one of very significant growth and our planning and the view ahead suggests that our growth can continue.
"Paul joins us at an interesting time. He has a great team and a range of superb products headed by a powerful brand to work with. We're investing in the people, infrastructure and developments needed to execute and deliver our plan. I know Paul will make a success of this opportunity and I'm looking forward to working with him, as are the other members of the senior team and everyone here at Metamark."
