A host of dignitaries, including High Sheriff of Nottingham Sir John Pearce, unveiled the plaque
Signs Express Nottingham has created a plaque for Portland College, a college for people with disabilities, to mark its ongoing patronage from The Queen. The plaque was unveiled in June, coinciding with Diamond Jubilee events.
"It was an interesting and challenging project, to come up with an aesthetic that would blend with the existing commemorative plaque that was laid by the Lord Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire in 2002 to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of the patron Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II," explains Jane Bailey, co-owner of Signs Express Nottingham.
