Manchester International Festival's branding includes over 130 flagpoles
SLS, an Icon company described as a 'city dressing expert', has installed a range of signage and flags in Manchester for the UK city's international festival, taking place until July 17th.
The Icon:SLS team worked over three nights to install more than 130 6m flagpoles, plus 3.6m x 90cm banners, 'extensive signage', and one-way vision panels in Manchester's Victoria and Piccadilly railway stations.
"The SLS team really understands how the dressing of a city can make a difference to the success of an event like this," says Cathy Gallagher, marketing director for the Manchester International Festival.
"The presence of the temporary flagpoles in the city centre really enhances the feeling of excitement and being a part of something for both residents and visitors alike. Strong branding at the two main railway stations ensures that anyone coming to the city can't fail to be aware of the festival and all that it has to offer."
