UK Point of Sale (UK POS) is now offering a collation service to its customers, allowing retailers to order sets of POS products and have them distributed to any of their branches nation-wide, thus ensuring all equipment is uniform across all shops. The service also saves businesses time in organising deliveries, says UK POS.

The service was launched as a response to a 'growing need' of the Big Four supermarkets and department store chains, says UK POS, in particular during periods of seasonal promotions.

"We're really pleased to be able to offer this service to all of our customers, and we definitely see the demand grow in the run-up to Christmas," says Debra Jamieson, sales and marketing director at UK POS.

"Our customers simply provide us with a list of individual store requirements detailing the quantities of items and we are able to collate, pack, label and distribute items nation-wide, which results in quicker delivery items and a smoother procedure due to our experience and knowledge of the products."

Products in the service include hanging buttons, double hook wires and poster holders.
