3D-Standards is an online tool for visualising displays and exhibits with customers' graphics. It's designed to allow display distributors to respond with 3D graphics within minutes of a customer enquiry, explains Aarkid, the developer of 3D-Standards.
Running in a web page means it's accessible from anywhere, and the 3D images you create can be published in one click to a private page to invite your customer to. Customers can rotate, zoom, and explore your design in 3D, and you can update the design in seconds.
Aiming for 'zero learning curve' the interface is simple and intuitive, the application to be used instantly by anyone who wants to visualise a trade show booth, showroom, portable display or exhibit space with their graphics, Aarkid adds.
You may find the application available on your portable display suppliers' website, or alternatively there is a free demo at BabyCad.com. A Pro account is required to re-brand the interface, publish designs in 3D, access additional content and more.
Used by over 10,000 exhibit professionals, the application is regularly updated and with features and new display products. There's a growing network of channel partners who host branded versions of the application on their websites populated with their own portable display and exhibit products. This means, with one account, you can access the application wherever it's found online and potentially find unique sets of products.
Users include P Walton of Walton Promotion, who says: "It's a perfect way to win a project. It's easy, smart, and gets results."
Dion Davidson from Keado Design and Expo Solutions comments: "This is an amazing piece of software. It is so easy to use I spent a couple of minutes showing my nine-year-old daughter last night and she then proceeded to design a conference meeting room in less than five minutes."
