EPL Skylift provides access services to a number of sectors
EPL Skylift, part of a company providing powered access vehicles to industries including signage installation, is inviting suppliers to showcase their products with a view to invest and expand from next year.
The division, alongside Nationwide Platforms and Panther, make up Lavendon Access Services which has a fleet of over 11,500 access platforms. As a means to increase this number, it has set up a New Product Committee (NPC), as Richard Miller, managing director for sales and marketing, explains: "We're intending to significantly increase our investment from 2012. Therefore forming this NPC is the first step in preparing us for this increased capital expenditure.
"We believe this approach will enable us to specify the best and most appropriate powered access products available to us today in the market place."
The committee will meet for quarterly discussions which will also include showcases of powered access products by their suppliers. Lavendon has invited such companies to contact them with details.
