[L-R] Tecna Display's Jonathan Evitt had a 'positive discussion' about British manufacturing with business minister Mark Prisk
Jonathan Evitt, managing director of Tecna Display, winner of the Queen's Award for Enterprise in Export for its T3 graphic display wall, has met minister for business and enterprise Mark Prisk at the Queen's Award Exhibition.
Tecna Display was recognised for exporting its T3 modular display system to over 30 countries. Evitt says the company's inclusion in the exhibition 'alongside such well known brands' was 'a fantastic opportunity'.
"It reflects the growing reputation of the T3 product range. It was a great opportunity to raise the profile of British manufacturing in the exhibition and display industry and I had a very constructive and positive discussion with Mark Prisk on a number of issues facing the industry today," he adds.
Prisk comments: "The Queen's Awards for Enterprise are the highest accolade a business can receive. The dedication shown by the winners demonstrates how smaller businesses and the manufacturing industry can drive growth for UK PLC."
