The shortlists for the Sign and Digital UK Awards have been announced. The judging panel – which included Output's Morwenna Kearns – decided the winners and nominees from more than 60 entries.

In the Best Individual Sign Project category, the nominees are Sign Express Crawley, Sign Box, IS Group, Vision Visual Solutions, Sign Express Reading and Merlyn Electronics, while in the Best Multiple Sign Project section, Blumilk, Photocast Products, VCG Colourlink, NES and Graffiti Design will compete.

The Best Vehicle Wrapping Project prize will go to Coastline Graphics, Guido Design Solutions, Pyramid Visuals, Allen Signs, Signs Express Exeter or Raccoon Digital, while Sign Box or Sign 2000 will be named Best Sign Company.

In wide-format, Best Wide Format Print Project will be fought for by Service Graphics, Pyramid Visuals and Icon, the Best New Use of Wide Format Print title will go to Icon, VCG Colourlink or Boyall Graphics. Meanwhile, the Best Wide Format Printing Company will be either Carrick Signs or Hollywood Monster.

The Best Textile Printing Project shortlist comprises The Wild Group, The Jericho Foundation and Ink Media Solutions. Additionally, Your Sign Company, Sign Vision and Aggregate Industries are nominated for the Rising Star Award, and the Green Award, will be won by Aggregate Industries or Sign 2000.
