Enfocus has announced a technology partnership with MIS solutions developer GamSys, which will see the Smart Preflight and Correction function from Enfocus's latest PitStop 11 software integrated into GamSys's PartnerWeb Configuration and PartnerWeb Publication web-to-print solutions.

"GamSys customers accepting files through web upload make the right decision to perform Smart Preflighting at this stage, since it's fully controlled by using the order information which is delivered through a job ticket,' says Angelo Manno, global account manager, Crossroads and OEM, Enfocus. "This ensures that errors are caught and corrected before the PDF files reach the pre-press, streamlining overall production."
