Aaron Warham says NAPPS aims to 'create a community of suppliers who consumers can believe in'
A new industry body for the UK document management supplies sector, the Nationwide Association of Photocopier and Print Suppliers (NAPPS), has been launched. The BAPC, Adobe and Xerox (UK) have been confirmed as the first members of the organisation, which intends to establish recognised standards in reseller and dealer channels.
"By becoming members of the association and signing up to the NAPPS Code of Practice, converged resellers, VARs and MFD dealers will be assured the support of a like-minded industry body, as well as increased customer support by being NAPPS accredited," explains Aaron Warham, NAPPS director.
