Printing equipment manufacturer Heidelberg will be among the top 30 exhibitors at Ipex 2014 in London, UK with a 'major presence' matching its space at the print show in 2010.

"The scale of our commitment to Ipex 2014 is testimony to our wholehearted support for the exhibition's relocation to London – a global venue for a truly international event," says Gerard Heanue, managing director, Heidelberg UK. "The timing of the decision, which comes significantly earlier than for previous Ipex editions, is further evidence of our excitement and enthusiasm."

Heidelberg's stand will be located in the largest hall in the host centre, Excel, and Heanue adds that the company will run seminars and events in the conferences facilities above the hall, including sessions on apprenticeships and women in print.

Trevor Crawford, director of Ipex organiser Informa Print Group, comments: "We've had an extremely positive reaction from the top 30 exhibitors, all of whom have reserved space. They include other major press manufacturers, who will occupy substantial stands in the Capital hall located opposite the Auditorium."

He adds: "The level of confirmed support is so strong that we'll be able to release floor plans early in the New Year."
