Lambeth Council in south London has saved more than £600,000 since the implementation of a print, mail and document management contract with Pitney Bowes in August 2010, the company says.
Pitney Bowes adds that a total saving of £2.9m has been achieved by Lambeth Council when combined with the previous five-year contract term, following the introduction of services including print management, reprographics and the supply and maintenance of multi-functional devices.
"With our support, Lambeth are proving that by implementing new methods and processes, innovation can actually fuel greater efficiency," says Richard Thompson, vice-president of sales and marketing, Pitney Bowes.
