Dorset County Council has updated its digital printroom with a Horizon SPF/FC-200A bookletmaking system, purchased from Intelligent Finishing Systems (IFS). The new unit was bought following an earlier investment in a Canon imagePress printer.

"It was time to upgrade, and because of the reliability, robust build and quality of our existing Horizon line we were confident that this latest system would suit our needs," explains Mike Bennett, design and print manager.

The Horizon SPF/FC-200A offers speeds of 4,500bph and features 200-programme job memory, accessible via a colour touchscreen, which also monitors feed errors.
