Wide-format printing and graphic arts equipment company Roland DG has been certified by the employee management standards body Investors In People (IIP), recognising Roland DG's commitment to staff.

"Our continuing success at a time when other companies are struggling isn't an accident," says Roland DG managing director Jerry Davies. "We've never been a company to stand still and our team has always been at the core of our business, making Roland DG what it is today. This accreditation recognises the belief we have in our people and the difference a great team can make."

Roland DG says the IIP accreditation has 'focused the business' and led to excellence in staff training and customer service.

"We are very proud to have achieved IIP accreditation," continues Davies. "We are striving to make sure Roland is a great company to do business with – the best products, service and training from the best team in the industry."
