Arlon Graphics has made a number of key senior appointments, most notably bringing Andrew McNeill in as its president.

McNeill, who holds a BSc in mechanical engineering and an MBA in business, brings 25 years of industry expertise to his new position. He formerly worked for Reflexite as its president and chief operating officer, having served as chief executive of it forerunner, Orafol Americas.

"Andrew has experience in leading and transitioning companies to make them global leaders within their industries," states Neil McDonough, president and chief executive at Arlon affiliate Flexcon. "In his new role, he will be responsible for driving our business toward industry-leading customer satisfaction through execution and innovation with our partners world-wide.

"His results-oriented approach and ability to think strategically will play a pivotal role in extending our track record of manufacturing quality products, while helping us grow as a company and be prepared for the new opportunities we create."

Two internal promotions have also been announced for Arlon, with Holly Curtis and Chad Russell becoming director of marketing and vice-president of sales for the Americas and Australia. Both are long-term employees of the consumables manufacturer and will continue to develop the company's sales and marketing efforts in their new roles.
