Arena Digital builds on DOOH network with Buildbase
Digital signage company Arena Digital has completed a project for builders' merchant Buildbase, which saw a bespoke in-store television channel rolled out in all 150 of Buildbase's UK branches.
The content was developed by Arena Digital's design studio, in collaboration with Buildbase's marketing department, and includes full-motion video detailing quarterly promotions, corporate information and details on products and services. A content management platform from Saturn Communications, ConnectVision, was chosen for the project. It allows branch managers to add messages relevant to their specific shops, as well as 'near instantaneous' transmission or revised or new programming throughout the network.
Arena Digital adds that 40" (1.02cm) Samsung MX embedded LCD panels with mobile broadband connectivity comprised the hardware side of the project.
