YCD's products are active across a number of industries, including the home appliance retail chain Krëfel, which can be found in Belgium and Luxembourg
International digital signage provider YCD Multimedia will be showcasing its new solution, based on Retalix software and HP hardware, at the National Retail Federation's (NRF) 100th annual convention and expo, being held in New York today (January 11th).
The offering, which YCD states is aimed at the retail industry, is designed to help businesses improve cost margins on advertising and infrastructure by enhancing business-to-consumer communication. The company adds that by implementing a highly tailored promotional style, it has 'taken the personalised marketing model used online and moved it offline' to retailers' physical shops.
Retalix's software solutions, which are used primarily in the food industry, allow users to customise and automate a range of retail and supply chain operations across warehouses, headquarters and shops.
"We are very pleased about the cooperation with YCD," says Oren Betzaleli, head of products and marketing for Retalix. "The integration of the YCD RAMP with the Retalix Customer Management and Marketing suite and our store solutions, enables more effective communications of real-time promotions to the customer, and enhances the overall customer experience at the store."
YCD Multimedia is headquartered in the USA, with offices in Israel and the UK.
