Amscreen LinkLocal will allow businesses to advertise in busy environments, it says
Amscreen has launched a new service – Amscreen LinkLocal – developed to help small businesses target potential customers by advertising on its digital signage network.
Local businesses can use an online live mapping service to pinpoint any of Amscreen's 3,000 screens and add messages to them. Users can also choose the time of broadcast to the screens, which are located primarily in high footfall areas including convenience stores, petrol stations and surgeries' waiting areas.
'Eye-catching, easy-to-use templates' are also provided by Amscreen LinkLocal, where messages are overlaid and then submitted for completion. The company also states that each screen only shows one LinkLocal ad in its advertising loop, guaranteeing local exclusivity.
Commenting on the service, Amscreen chief executive Simon Sugar says: "Small and local businesses have had a tough time recently and we think we've designed a product in Amscreen LinkLocal that assists them in a quick, affordable and user-friendly way.
"Our screens have already been very successful in providing a platform for blue-chip advertisers to reach audiences up and down the country and now for the first time, smaller businesses can utilise a national digital signage network to promote their services."
