VideoFlyer – Survey combines digital signage with traditional survey methods, says Digital View
Media player company Digital View has released a counter-top 'digital questionnaire' product which it says makes collecting market feedback more objective.
Called VideoFlyer – Survey, the unit is designed to bring together on-location interactive signage with standard customer satisfaction survey methods at the point of service. In this way it fills a gap in the knowledge of customer buying, according to Digital View.
"How many of us try to sidestep the clipboard wielding interviewer, charming as they may be?" comments James Henry, chief executive, Digital View. "No doubt people would like to give their opinion but are hesitant to be caught in an opinion survey. Digital View have put together a quick and easy-to-use survey system for use right at the point of service where the personality of an interviewer does not affect the outcome."
VideoFlyer – Survey is part of the VideoFlyer range of LCD panels and ViewStream media player combinations, which are available in 7" to 22" options.
