ComQi has revealed its stand at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2012 will include the launch of five new place-based mobile applications for use with retail digital signage.
The new apps – Voting, Information and Couponing, Group Buying, Quizzes and Games – are powered by ComQi's Interaction Manager platform, to which consumers can connect via NFC, a QR code or a text URL. This 'creates a relationship' between retailers and their customers by linking digital signage and social media.
"ComQi's Interaction Manager enables marketers to engage with customers at the point of influence. These new applications enable brands and retailers to engage in a conversation with their customers on the go, establishing and reinforcing a relationship complemented by social networks," explains Ajay Chowdhury, chief executive, ComQ. "ComQi's innovative platform enables retailers to improve their brand image, customer satisfaction and customer retention."
ISE 2012 will start on January 31st in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and continue until February 2nd.
