Petrol station customers will be able to keep track of the traffic around the Olympics and other summer events

Amscreen's digital signage network will show live traffic updates from GPS technology provider Garmin this summer, to keep the UK's roads running this summer. Some 1,700 petrol station forecourt sites nation-wide will show the live traffic feed alongside Garmin advertising.

"Travel around the UK this summer is a hot topic at the moment and we want to ensure that we do our best to help people get to where they need to be and to keep the nation moving," says Amscreen chief executive Simon Sugar.
