Ocean updates 'Europe's largest' full-motion screenNEWS: The 30 x 7m digital advertising display at Liverpool's Lime Street station has benefited from investment to the tune of £1 million to improve its energy use and increase its colour capacity and resolution, according to owner Ocean Outdoor.
