Digital signage provider Stratacache has announced a newly formed strategic alliance with integrated technology and marketing group SapientNitro. The deal, which is thought to be of benefit to those working in the quick-service restaurant (QSR), hospitality, banking and retail sectors, will enable companies to leverage multi-channel messaging.
"Shopping, product selection and customer service shouldn't start or stop at the front doors to the store or branch," notes Chris Riegel, Stratacache's chief executive. "In our relationship with SapientNitro, the complementary nature of our technologies and approach towards multi-channel customer conversations assists our clients in reaching their customers via signage, interactive, mobile and web technologies."
SapientNitro, which has worked with brands such as Target, Coca-Cola and Mars, will lend its design and strategy expertise to the pairing, whilst Stratacache will contribute its technology in the form of packages including ActiVia and the enVu shopping centre network.
The two companies have added that in a drive towards enhanced customer experience, their business model will focus on 'customer hours' rather than 'store hours'. They explain that this approach will involve optimising a consumer's time in store and aiding their decision-making processes.
