Popstar's new appointees will join established company executives, (L – R), Don Selmon, chief marketing officer, Tom Reed, president and chief executive, and Steve Hagenlock, chief technology officer and co-founder
Digital signage provider Popstar Networks has made major changes to its senior staff, with a number of new appointees joining the company with a view to aiding its expansion objectives. Among the additions to the firm is Craig Turner, who will take on the mantle of vice-president of business development.
Having worked in senior positions for technology manufacturers such as Sony, as well as being a voting member of the Digital Screenmedia Association (DSA), Turner will be well-placed to develop strategic partnerships, Popstar Networks states.
"We're quite bullish on the marketplace, the growing interest in our digital signage software, and the newest addition to our product offering – Popstar Wireless Broadband," comments Jeff Xouris, vice-president of marketing for Popstar Networks. "These key executive leadership and staffing additions are critical to executing our strategic plan, and are already providing positive impact throughout the company's sales, marketing, product development and engineering teams."
Also new to their roles are Ki Chun, who will serve as vice-president of software development, and Mike Karr, technical sales engineer. Joining them will be Chrissy Taylor, senior technical writer, Sabrina Killian, sales and marketing operations specialist, Adam Denning, project engineer, Karl Havener, operations support technician, and Peter Harootunian, senior software engineer.
