Luxaflex is using the new digital signage and kiosk network to present its latest products
Netherlands-based window coverings company Luxaflex has integrated a digital signage network into its shops throughout Benelux, intended to 'attract, inspire and motivate customers and sales personnel' and to keep product presentations up to date.
QYN, a certified partner of Scala, designed the interactive network comprised of 333 screens plus a central kiosk for each shop. The kiosks feature a 32" (81cm) touchscreen – also called the 'focus module' – which is designed to help sales staff recommend and compare products, and assist customers in finding the right item for their requirements. The network also offers a centrally managed content manager and one Scala player licence for each branch.
"The new digital technology allows customers to be inspired and educate themselves while they wait for a salesperson to assist them," says Matthijs Buijs, manager of operations at QYN. "The Scala software offers the flexibility, scalability and reliability we needed to perfectly complete this project."
