XTP screens will keep fashion fans up to date with LFW news from today (February 17th)
Exclusive backstage photographs from London Fashion Week (LFW) are being transmitted live to CBS Outdoor UK's digital cross-track projection (XTP) screens on Tube platforms across the capital as part of the media agency's relationship with the British Fashion Council.
Fashion news, a live schedule of LFW events and tweets from the @LondonFashionWk Twitter feed are being delivered to CBS Outdoor's digital projection systems via digital production company Grand Visual's OpenLoop platform.
"Digital out-of-home is coming of age – delivering fresh, exciting and current content in a timely manner whilst being fully integrated with social media channels and online activity," comments Neil Morris, Grand Visual founder.
"This campaign is a fantastic example of that coming-of-age: exclusive content being served by an intelligent delivery platform to a dynamic medium for the enjoyment of a cosmopolitan audience."
Jason Cotterrell, UK country director at CBS Outdoor UK, adds: "The London Underground is an iconic setting to be celebrating world-class fashion and we're delighted that the British Fashion Council continues to recognise the benefits of the XTP format in engaging with London's fashion-conscious urban audiences."
