Ocean Outdoor is promoting Wear Red Day for the London Air Ambulance Service via its premium digital sites
Ocean is using its outdoor digital sites to promote the work of London Air Ambulance, starting with National Air Ambulance Week, from September 24th to 30th. The campaign will see Londoners invited to wear red tomorrow (September 28th) for a donation of £1 towards London Air Ambulance.
"London has just one air ambulance for ten million people and treated more than 2,000 seriously injured people last year," explains Ocean Outdoor marketing manager Helen Beacham. "It’s a service which relies heavily on public donations. By using our premium digital network we can promote the work of the service and help ensure that it continues to save lives."
Dr Julian Thomson from London’s Air Ambulance adds: "We are very grateful to Ocean Outdoor for supporting this vital and life saving London charity."
"With the awareness and financial support of the ten million people we serve, London’s Air Ambulance will be able to continue saving lives in London and secure a second helicopter for the capital."
