One of the key aims of the installation is to guide customers to the shop's downstairs section
It has been revealed that the Dublin branch of fashion retailer New Look will feature electronic signage in the form of MicroTiles from Christie when it opens its doors next month. The digital out-of-home (DOOH) mini-displays can be arranged in numerous configurations, including diagonally, as steps, walls and columns.
The tiles, which have been installed by Mood Media, will broadcast animation developed by the in-store media specialists, featuring New Look's clothing and accessories. The company has created a complete audio-visual experience by developing a custom-compiled soundtrack for the shop.
James Belso, UK channel sales manager, Christie EMEA, explains: "Christie is thrilled Mood Media Corporation chose MicroTiles for New Look's flagship store in Dublin. The ability to reconfigure the MicroTiles within the store in line with the fashion seasons formed an important part of the initial brief, and highlights the compelling impact and flexibility that Christie MicroTiles can offer within the retail AV market."
