Paradigm's three-sided 'cave' creates an immersive experience for visitors to Titanic Belfast
Paradigm Audio Visual has completed a CGI project for the new Titanic Belfast museum in Northern Ireland, creating 'an immersive three-side "cave"' to give visitors a virtual experience of walking through the famous ship.
Installed by DJ Willrich, the 'cave' comprises three seamless rear projection surfaces measuring 6m wide and 2.3m high, using a Panasonic PT-DZ110 dual lamp and 10,600 lumens WUXGA resolution projectors fitted with 0.8:1 lenses.
In addition, Paradigm built a 3.2 x 1.8m portrait-format rear projection system depicting a dialogue between two people on the Titanic.
