Digital screens at JCDecaux's railway station locations will show the Face Britain self-portraits
The self-portraits of more than 200,000 children will be projected onto the front of Buckingham Palace to form a giant montage image of the Queen over the next three evenings. The montage will also be screened on JCDecaux's digital signage network in UK shopping centres and railway stations, and 200 screens will show individual portraits throughout this year.
The project, called Face Britain, was created by The Prince's Foundation for Children and the Arts and carried out by PhotoBox, and aims to encourage children to 'consider their own identity and place in history as the 2012 generation', JCDecaux explains.
